Travel grants

Submit the request to the president of your member society. The request must include (i) a short summary of the purpose and your contribution to the meeting (ii) CV, (iii) the coordinates of the meeting, (iv) overview of the budget (travel, registration, accommodation) (iv) a letter of recommendation by an USGEB member (possibly your mentor/supervisor). The applicant must be member of the USGEB at the time of application and should be not older than 35 years..

The president of a member society then decides to either support the travel request with the funds from his society, or to forward the request to the executive secretary of USGEB.
